Energy Performance Certificates

An Energy Performance Certificate is required for all rental properties and those being marketed for sale. Energy Performance certificates can be issued by a domestic energy assessor. Greener Living has a team of fully qualified domestic energy assessors working throughout the UK, every energy assessor is CRB checked (criminal records bureau) and fully insured giving you piece of mind. After receiving a booking for an EPC we aim to have completed the assessment and issued the certificate within 5 working days.
